- Do my members pay?
- No. Your members never pay anything. Pricing applies only to the admin who runs the archive.
- How much does a plan cost?
- We're still finalizing published pricing. You won't be charged during the 7-day trial, and we'll show the plan price before any payment.
- Can I leave with my data?
- The product is built around preserving access to your community's history. Export and retention are handled with support while the admin tools keep expanding — write to support@community-archives.com.
- Will you ever sell my community's data?
- No. Not as training data, not to advertisers, not aggregated, not anonymized. We make money from subscriptions. Full stop.
